Case Coordination Program

Code of Support Foundation was founded to ensure that veterans and military families do not fall through the cracks of the tens of thousands of nonprofit and governmental organizations serving veterans. COSF’s Case Coordination Program works hand-in-hand with partner organizations to meet the needs of each veteran and family member comprehensively, and to help position them for long-term success. Since the COVID-19 pandemic began, COSF has seen a 200% increase in requests for support, with nearly 90 percent of all cases over the past two years involving a housing-related issue. This BWF grant will provide case coordination, financial counseling, and benefits assistance to help at least 25 veterans and military families move beyond crisis and improve their quality of life.
