Strategies for Gaining Insights to the Employment Challenges of Veterans with Disabilities

The Employment and Disability Institute (EDI) at Cornell University advances the knowledge, policies and practices that contribute to the development of inclusive workplaces and communities for people with disabilities, including veterans. Through its grant from the Bob Woodruff Foundation, EDI will solicit input from veterans with disabilities, their family members, and employers regarding the full integration and participation of wounded warriors in employment and community life. Results will be compiled into a report along with recommendations for interventions and current best practices to pave the way to productive employment.
