Thank you to the efforts of Council Member Powers, in collaboration with Rep. Nadler and Borough President Levine, we are delighted to extend an invitation to Blue Star Families members for "Vets at The Met" Day on November 1, 2023, from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM. On this special occasion, The Met will be closed to the general public, allowing only military personnel, veterans, and their families to explore its collections without any interruptions.

We encourage you to partake in the optional activities, and enjoy FREE food and beverages! This opportunity offers you the chance to experience The Met without the usual hassle of lines and crowds, making it a fantastic way to celebrate Veterans' Day.
