The Islip Arts Council just had its opening reception for the Veterans Art Exhibition, highlighting artwork from Veterans, and expanded its open call to friends and families of Veterans to exhibit their artwork relating to Veterans. The joint art exhibitions are a must-see, located in Bay Shore, Long Island, tucked away inside the South Shore Mall next to Dick's Sporting Goods. The exhibitions are on display November 7 until December 2. Our gallery hours for viewing are Tuesday - Saturday, 11am-4pm.
