In this six-week class, you’ll transform your real-life experiences into relatable, compelling stories in a fun, supportive environment. Instructors will use interactive exercises to discover your life’s stories, develop a narrative structure, infuse engaging details, then polish your performance. The class culminates in a graduation show for friends, family, and the ASAP community.
This is a 6-week class and will meet on Tuesdays: July 11, 18, 25, August 1, 8, 15. Each class is 3 hours.
Being a husband, a dad, a military veteran, and a firefighter gives him plenty to talk about. Nick Baskerville specializes in personal narrative stories and stand-up comedy. Read more here.
Aunt Li-Anne is a storyteller, actor and healer. She has been performing in local theaters and teaching drama workshops for 16 years. Her stories emphasize traditional lore and range from fairies and myths to thought-provoking tales of conflict resolution. Read more here.
