The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking veterans to share their story in their national mental health awareness campaign, Make the Connection. They will be conducting interviews for participants in NYC from 9/7 - 9/10. If interested email [email protected] or call 910-381-3355.

The Make the Connection team invites Veterans and their family members to participate in the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) national mental health awareness campaign. Our team will be conducting interviews with Veterans who want to share their stories about seeking mental health treatment and overcoming their challenges.

Limited interview spots are available. Interested Veterans must email outreac[email protected] or call 910-381-3355 with the following:

• Name and age
• Military service affiliation and service dates

Veterans will receive compensation for their participation.

In the coming months, our professional crew will be traveling around the country to film interviews in the following metropolitan areas.

San Franciso, California: July 13 - 16, 2023
New York City, New York: September 7 - 10, 2023
Austin, Texas: October 26 - 29, 2023
