On 8/1o (and every Thursday) the Bronx VA will host Free Veterans fitness classes at the Castle Hill YMCA at 12:00 pm EST. For more information email [email protected].

Looking for a fun new way to get moving so you can do more of what matters to you? Free Veterans fitness classes at the Castle Hill YMCA every Thursday from 12-2pm. Classes include low-impact aerobics, strengthening, and stretching.

Need transportation? Bronx VA bus leaves at 11:15am and returns 2:45pm. Call x1313 or email Pascale [email protected] to sign up.
