The Steven & Alexandra Cohen Foundation has pledged to donate $1 to the Bob Woodruff Foundation for every social post or follow on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram that includes the hashtag (#Give2Veterans) AND the handles @CohenGive or @Stand4Heroes, from now through September 30, up to a total amount of $500,000.

We hope that you will consider joining in our efforts to create awareness by posting to your social media accounts—while encouraging your followers to do the same.

Shares, retweets, and ‘likes’ of posts with the #Give2Veterans hashtag count toward this simple campaign to raise awareness and funding for programs supporting injured veterans and their families.

Posts can be as simple as:

“Help me #Give2Veterans by liking and sharing this post. @CohenGive will donate $1 to @Stand4Heroes when you do.”

“How can we honor our veterans? Tell me using #Give2Veterans and @CohenGive will donate $1 to @Stand4Heroes for each post (up to $500K)”

Additionally, wounded Marine Cpl. Kionte Storey, along with Jake Rath of the Cohen Foundation, climbed Mount Kilimanjaro, from Aug. 20-26, to highlight the #Give2Veterans campaign and to raise funds for the Bob Woodruff Foundation. Storey lost his lower, right leg due to an improvised explosive device while serving in Afghanistan in 2010; however, he has not allowed his injury to prevent him from pursuing his passions.

The Steven & Alexandra Cohen Foundation paid for all trip costs; so 100-percent of every dollar donated goes directly to the Bob Woodruff Foundation.

Congratulate Kionte and Jake on their accomplishment and use #Give2Veterans in your posts. You can support their efforts here.
