Stand Up for Heroes Press Highlights

On November  6th, supporters in NYC and across the country took a stand for our injured heroes.  Stand Up for Heroes 2013 drew a sold out crowd at the Theater at Madison Square Garden and featured performances by Bill Cosby, Jim Gaffigan, Jerry Seinfeld, Jon Stewart, Bruce Springsteen and Roger Waters.  Thousands more joined the concert and conversation online through a YouTube livestream and Google+ Hangout.  You can watch the livestream here.

The event raised more than $5 Million to support the Bob Woodruff Foundation’s work to help injured service members, veterans and their families.  Stand Up for Heroes was presented by the Bob Woodruff Foundation and the New York Comedy Festival, brought to you by the Veterans on Wall Street (VOWS) and supported by founding sponsor GFI Group, Inc.
