Honoring our Heroes in 2023

Since 2007, Stand Up for Heroes has welcomed to the stage extraordinary comedians and talent. Past performers who have advocated for veterans and service members include Stephen Colbert, Sheryl Crow, Jim Gaffigan, Whoopi Goldberg, John Mayer, Seth Meyers, Hasan Minhaj, Trevor Noah, Conan O’Brien, Ray Romano, Jerry Seinfeld, Bruce Springsteen, John Stewart, and Robin Williams and more.

Our Partners

In 2007, New York Comedy Festival founders Caroline Hirsch and Andrew Fox partnered with Bob and Lee Woodruff to create Stand Up for Heroes as a tribute to wounded, ill and injured veterans and their loved ones.
