Amanda Scott is the Donor Relations and Development Operations Manager for the Bob Woodruff Foundation. She spent the last several years working in financial services at Northwestern Mutual and held multiple roles in recruitment, development and client relations. She is a licensed insurance broker and additionally holds her Series 6 and 63. Amanda was also the fundraising chairperson for her firm and led the charge to raise over $200K in two years for Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation for Childhood Cancer. Prior to Northwestern Mutual, Amanda worked for the Association for a Better Long Island, a developer’s lobby representing $15 billion in Long Island real estate. She received her B.A. in International Studies from Manhattan College. A native Long Islander, Amanda resides in Queens, N.Y., and has a brother currently serving in the United States Marine Corps.
