Mindfulness Walk

Join our outdoor leaders Leslie and Lauren on a relaxing, meditative mindfulness walk around Pelton Pond in Fahnestock State Park.

Erase the build-up of stress during the week by joining our mindfulness walk, where you’ll tune into the surrounding nature through guided sensory awareness. After the walk, you can enjoy a warming campfire, conversation, and hot cocoa at the Pelton Pond Pavilion.
