Mindfulness Walk | Foundry Brook

Join our outdoor leaders, Leslie and Lauren, on a relaxing, meditative mindfulness walk around the West Point Foundry Preserve in Cold Spring.

On this outing we will access the restorative benefits of being in nature as we quietly allow our senses to connect with our surroundings. During the walk we will engage in a mindfulness activity involving the natural elements in our setting.
