When: April 24, 2024 from 7:30 PM - 9:00 PM EDT
An excellent and fun self-care practice, journaling can promote wellness and challenge you to change your perspective, but you may not always know what to write about. In our Monthly Write About This group, journaling prompts will be posted here on Eventbrite, emailed to registrants, and posted on Veteran Spouse Network social media. Then on the last Wednesday of the month, peer leader, Cassandra Salas, will host a discussion to share, support, and learn from each other through the monthly journaling exercise. All levels of writers are welcome. This is the perfect opportunity to try journaling! Please register for each event individually. (Monthly writing prompts are provided at registration)
April: “What motivates you? Who’s in your circle of support? What changes are you currently working on?” Follow-up discussion on April 24, 2024, at 6:30 PM CT.
