When: April 25, 2024 from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM EDT
Join our V-SRG peer leaders Cassandra Garcia and Elizabeth Archer for a 6-week virtual Veteran Spouse Resiliency Group Wellness Mini-Series starting April 25th! The group will meet virtually once a week (for 2 hours) with about 6-8 other veteran spouses/partners. Each week, the group will tackle a topic unique to the veteran spouse/partner experience, sharing your experiences, support needs, and successful strategies related to that week's topic. Our V-SRG sessions bring together those who are living this life and can not only relate but listen and support without judgment. You are not alone in your experience, and we hope these groups help you feel just that!
Session 1: Sharing Our Stories
Session 2: Taking Care of Ourselves
Session 3: The Invisible Wounds of War & Suicide Prevention
Session 4: Compassion Fatigue & Setting Boundaries
Session 5: Love & Relationships
Session 6: Moving Forward
To be eligible for this group you must be the spouse or partner of a post-service veteran or an active duty service member who is within a year of separating from the military.
