Update VA Video Connect to the Latest Version

Calling all VA Schedulers, My HealtheVet Coordinators, Virtual Health Resource Center staff, and everyone else who assists Veterans with VA Video Connect!

Please take a moment over the next couple of weeks to help Veterans check the VA Video Connect mobile app on their device and update it to the latest version. Connected Care is planning a system update in mid-March that may cause issues with older versions of VA Video Connect (e.g., chat may not work).

The version number is conveniently located at the bottom of the home screen when you open the app. Ask Veterans to open their VA Video Connect app and check for the following:

iOS users need to have version 2.9.2 or greater on their Apple iPhone and iPad devices.

Android users need to have version 1.8.3 or greater on their Android devices.

If the version number is lower than these, iOS users can update at this Apple App Store link and Android users can update at this Google Play link.
