Supporting Unhoused Veterans in Interim Housing

This NFL-BWF Healthy Lifestyles and Creating Community award will supplement PATH’s federal funding by providing nutritious meals, residential support, transportation assistance, and case management to veterans in transitional housing. Overall, This NFL-BWF Healthy Lifestyles and Creating Community (HLCC) award will supplement PATH’s federal funding by providing nutritious meals, residential support, transportation assistance, and case management to veterans in transitional housing. Overall, this funding will ensure that 80 veterans in San Diego have access to the resources, support, and healthy environment they need to achieve their long-term housing goals.

People Assisting the Homeless (PATH) provides a range of services for veterans experiencing and at risk of homelessness, including permanent supportive and interim housing, rapid re-housing, case management, medical and mental healthcare, employment training, benefits advocacy, and more.
